Lebanon – A small little bit from us, to do a small little bit for them

Today at 11.30am Mass from The Holy Rosary Church, Greystones, Fr. William Stuart spoke about his work with Syrian refugees in Lebanon and appeals for support.

Fr. William and Fr. John know each other since the early 1980s when they travelled to Rome to study.

You can listen to William’s story through the video here and hear of the work he and his team are doing with refugees in Syria and Lebanon.

He tells us: the situation in Lebanon has been difficult for some time but really the past 12 months have been close to hell, between political division, civil unrest, the almost total collapse of the local currency , Corona and now the explosion in Beirut”.
