What Does Level 5 Mean for Our Faith Community?

As we strive to keep each other safe and well, these are our Church arrangements under Level 5 effective from midnight on Wednesday 21st October until further notice:

Masses will continue to be online

  • Weekday Mass 10am from The Holy Rosary Church available through the webcam
  • Sunday Mass 11.30am from St. Anthony’s Church Kilcoole available through the streaming facility

Churches will continue to remain open for private prayer from 11am to 5pm.

Rosary & Angelus continues on Monday to Friday at 12noon online.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will take place on Fridays in each of the churches during the month of November.

Night Prayer on zoom continues Monday to Friday at 8pm. Everyone is welcome to join in. A restful moment with our  community at the end of a day.

Funerals and Weddings will take place but limited to 25 people in attendance.

Baptisms, Confessions, First Holy Communion and Confirmation Ceremonies are all suspended until further notice.

Keeping in touch with each other and with God, and bringing him into the midst of all we do, will give us the strength  – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual – to take each day as it comes…

We have been here before – let us support each other and come together, although virtually, as a faith community.

Keep an eye on the websites for updates.

Thank you.
