Guidelines for Access to Churches for Private Prayer

Which church buildings will be open?

All of the churches where the Blessed Sacrament is reserved will continue to be open for private prayer from 11am until 5pm,  These are:

• St. Kilian’s, Blacklion
• St. Patrick’s, Kilquade
• St. Joseph’s, Newtownmountkennedy
• St. Anthony’s, Kilcoole
• The Holy Rosary, Greystones (1pm – 5pm, when there is a funeral mass at 12noon)

On Sundays: all of the churches will open from 1pm to 5pm.

The later opening of The Holy Rosary Church is to allow for continued streaming of morning Mass at 10am, praying the Rosary at midday and funerals at 12 noon.

A reminder on how to manage ourselves….

• Only 4 people at a time inside a Church
• USE the hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit
• STAY 2 metres apart
• WEAR face masks
• KEEP to designated areas
