During the next week an information pack will be delivered to each house and parishioners are being asked to read the contents, consider to what extent they could and are willing to contribute or increase their contributions as means permit, complete the relevant form(s) and return them to the Parish Office at Holy Rosary Church, Greystones.

Romans 8: 24-25

Often it is difficult to feel any hope. We hear so much bad news. Often situations around us appear to be out of control and we feel powerless to change them. Yet we remember that, when Jesus died on the cross and all appeared hopeless, he was raised   to new life. Even death could not defeat him. Instead we have given hope through the resurrection.

Lord, may we live this and every day in the knowledge of  love and power, and always grow in hope. Grant us open and expectant hearts. Help us see and celebrate signs of your power at work in our world today. Then we can begin again and again to live out our hope as your disciples-with confidence, courage and joy.

In the midst of war and hunger

We celebrate the promise of plenty and peace

Directions to St. Kilians Church, Blacklion

Travelling from north of Greystones or from the M50

1. Travel south along the M11 from where the M50 and M11 merge.
2. Continue to end of M11 and take the second turn off the N11 – signed for Enniskerry & Greystones.
3. Take 3rd exit off roundabout
4. Take 2nd exit off next roundabout
5. Take 2nd exit off next roundabout – signed for Greystones.
6. Turn right at 2nd traffic lights. – church is about 200metres on left.

Travelling from south of Greystones.

1. Travel north on N11 past Newtownmountkennedy
2. At junction 11 take the exit for Greystones/Kilcoole
3. At roundabout take 3rd exit for Greystones
4. Go through 6 roundabouts
5. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Mill Road / R762
6. Travel through the town’s main street – Church Road to the T-junction and Turn left.
7. Turn left at 2nd traffic lights. – church is about 200metres on left.

Holy Rosary Church

Directions to Holy Rosary Church, Greystones
Travelling from north of Greystones or from the M50
The church is situated on La Touche Road, between the railway line and the sea.

1. Travel south along the M11 from where the M50 and M11 merge – near Loughlinstown.
2. Continue to end of M11 and take the second turn off the N11 – signed for Enniskerry & Greystones.
3. Take 3rd exit off roundabout
4. Take 2nd exit off next roundabout
5. Take 2nd exit off next roundabout – signed for Greystones
6. Continue on road to Greystones bearing left at 3rd. set of traffic lights.
7. Pass under railway bridge and take 1st. right turn on to Trafalgar Road.
8. As you pass school and shops the road swings to the right take left turn – Church is on left.

Travelling from south of Greystones.
