New Website

We are delighted to announce our New Pastoral Area Website

Please visit it for all information. This website will cease to operate in early September.

Sacramental Coordinator Role

The Pastoral Area of Greystones and Kilquade provides a Sacramental programme for parents of children preparing for the Sacraments of Initiation (First Holy Communion and Confirmation).

We are looking to employ a suitable candidate to join the Pastoral Team as…

Suspension of the Baptism Preparation Programme and the Sacrament of Baptism

Following the announcement by the Government this week and advice received from the Archbishop of Dublin, Dermot Farrell , baptisms on 4th, 11th and 18th July are suspended.

The celebration of Baptism from 25th July to the end of August will be reviewed depending on the advice given on July 19th, 2021.

The Baptism Preparation meeting scheduled for this week has been postponed.

Syrian Clothing Appeal

We are delighted that we have a team of teenagers to coordinate this project during July.

For now, we are asking you to gather items together that can be donated to this appeal. See details.

Thank you.

Invitation to Parishioners

Archbishop Farrell has set up a Task Force under the title of Building Hope.  The Task Force aims to stimulate engagement with the whole diocesan family and shape an inclusive approach to a pastoral strategy appropriate to our times.

New Email Address

The Pastoral Area of Greystones & Kilquade has a combined new email address: [email protected]

Remember to update your email address books!

Re-subscribing to Parish Communications

If you are a parent with a child for First Holy Communion or Confirmation or both and are not receiving sacramental  communications from the parish, it is likely that at some point, you have unsubscribed from all parish communications (which include the Sacramental updates and resources).

It is necessary for you to re-subscribe by using the link here. Thank you.

Recent communications issued concerned evening gatherings for the First Holy Communion and Confirmation children and their families and a poll.

We Need Your Help…

As we resume our community gatherings in our Church buildings, we need people to help.

We need people to help with the Welcome and Protect Ministry.

If you are under 70 and available to minister at weekday or weekend masses please let us know.

If you are over 70 and fully vaccinated and would like to participate we would love to hear from you too.
