Remembering Our Loved Ones

During the month of November we remember and pray for all those who have died.

From Sunday 1st November, you are invited to visit The Holy Rosary Church to the Sacred space for Remembrance.

Create a memorial space in your home with pictures of loved ones or memorial cards. It is an easy way of keeping them in our minds and hearts through the month of November.

In addition, you are invited to include your loved ones name on the digital remembrance space here.

Blessing of The Animals – Our Faithful Companions

This year, owners and companions were invited to join in a virtual blessing of the animals on Oct 4th – the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi!

Owners shared the love with us by sending in a photo or short video clip of their faithful friend.

Enjoy this compilation.

What Does Level 5 Mean for Our Faith Community?

As we strive to keep each other safe and well, these are our Church arrangements under Level 5 effective from midnight on Wednesday 21st October until further notice:

Keeping in touch with each other and with God, and bringing him into the midst of all we do, will give us the strength  – mental, emotional, physical, spiritual – to take each day as it comes…

We have been here before – let us support each other and come together, although virtually, as a faith community.

November is a time to Remember

During the month of November we remember and pray for all those who have died.

Financial Report

Thank you to everyone who has donated and continues to support the Pastoral Area during this time.
Report from the Diocesan Finance Secretariat highlights the degree to which both the Common Fund and Share Fund Collections have been impacted in the past 6 month period.

Words From Paul

Last weekend Fr. John mentioned that my role as Parish Pastoral Worker is coming to an end in November this year.  I want to explain about the process that has brought me to this point.
