Administration


There are a number of groups and teams that help with the practicalities and operational aspects of parish life. These groups are listed below. Many people bring skills and talents from other walks of life to the groups. Through their work and involvement, the administrative aspects of parish life continue and are supported. ST KILIANS ALTAR

Church Care & Decoration

There are small teams of people who care for the churches by cleaning, polishing and hoovering both churches. In Holy Rosary they clean the church each week on a Wednesday morning and weekly in St. Kilian’s Church also.

There are also a number of people who look after decorating both churches for all the seasons of the year. They provide wonderful flower arrangements to praise and honour God.

Our aim is to spread and exchange information throughout our parish community so that everyone may become involved and feel part of a caring parish family.

Counters and collectors

Counters & Collectors

There are two teams of people who count the money which comes into the parish through the collections.
There is a team of about 25 people who each week go door to door collecting the weekly envelope collection.

MONEY ROLLS OF CASH

Finance Committee

The ultimate responsibility for the financial administration of the parish lies with the Parish Priest.  The Finance Committee is an advisory committee assisting the Parish Priest.

Information Sheet

The Parish Information Sheet brings up to date information about parish life to the parish and wider community on a weekly basis.

It available in paper format in the churches each weekend and is also available on the parish website.

Kilian House Family Centre

Kilian House Family Centre

To contribute to the realisation of the Parish Vision Statement by offering pastoral, social and cultural activities of a Christian nature  together  with  family support and community services. The Centre opened its doors to the public in December 1999.

Located beside Holy Rosary Church. Available for parish and community events.
